Alberto Migliore

Alberto Migliore’s research focuses on employment services for job seekers with intellectual disabilities, autism, and other developmental disabilities. His interest is in supporting employment consultants in their work with job seekers, the fidelity of implementation of national standards of effective employment supports, and employment outcomes. Alberto's expertise includes descriptive, correlation, and experimental research within implementation science. Earlier in his career, he co-founded a social cooperative where he worked as a direct support professional with adults with disabilities.
