With over 35 years of working in the fields of employment and education for people with disabilities, Cecilia Gandolfo brings strong knowledge, skills, and experience to her curriculum development, training, and technical assistance work at the ICI. She provides training and consultative services to vocational rehabilitation and provider agencies on business relations, employer engagement, and progressive employment, and assists agencies going through the provider transformation process.
