J comes to ICI from Easter Seals Midwest where he was the Director of Community Living. Previously, J worked for four years as Director of Employment Services at Abilities First, where he developed an apprenticeship program for people with disabilities. Prior to entering the provider space, J spent over two decades in finance and consulting. At the ICI, J manages daily operations for the Missouri Talent Pathways Registered Direct Service Professional program.
J is the father of three, and a parent of a child with Autism. His family actively pursues opportunities to advocate and improve opportunities for inclusion.
