Jamie Morrison

Jamie is a Cherokee descendant and has been working with Native students for almost two decades. At INENAS, he oversees youth programs and development. Most recently, he worked as the Director of the UMass Boston Urban Scholars program. Jamie started his career as the youth coordinator at The North American Indian Center of Boston, where he later served as Board President. Locally, Jamie was the Native Tribal Scholars Director for the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe, a pre-collegiate program designed to provide better access, preparation, and opportunities for Native American students in Massachusetts high schools. Jamie was Head Men's Basketball Coach at Haskell Indians Nations University and is currently on the coaching staff at UMass Boston.
