Kaitlyn Siner-Cappas helps to develop the marketing and recruitment efforts for the School for Global Inclusion and Social Development (SGISD) at UMass Boston. She also works to create and implement internal and external communications for SGISD and works closely with individuals interested in the school. Her areas of interest include communications, writing, working with students, and equity in higher education. Prior to SGISD, Kaitlyn worked in public relations roles for a variety of organizations, and in industries including healthcare, technology, and the arts. She also taught composition at UMass Boston and is currently pursuing her PhD in Higher Education Administration.
