Lara Enein works on projects that address provider transformation, best practices in employment services, and staff training. Lara has extensive experience in vocational rehabilitation. She is the coordinator of the Employment Services Program at the ICI and develops curriculum for the DirectCourse College of Employment Services, a collaboration between the ICI, Elsevier, and the University of Minnesota's Institute on Community Integration. Lara provides presentations, technical assistance, and training to assist provider agencies, state agencies and career centers in building their capacity to serve individuals with disabilities. She has been awarded the Leadership in Supported Employment Award by APSE and Massachusetts APSE.
