Susan Foley oversees a team of researchers, technical assistance providers, and operational experts to identify, test, and encourage the implementation of vocational rehabilitation practices that lead to improved earnings, assets, and economic independence of people with disabilities. Her team's work is curated on ExploreVR.org. Susan's goal is to partner with state agencies and providers to find innovations that show promise, identify the core features, test and refine those features, and then transport those models that demonstrate outcomes to other states and systems. She also partners with Langston University in Oklahoma to advance research capacity building in minority-serving institutions.
