Madeline Webster is based in Missouri, working on an ICI contract with Missouri Vocational Rehabilitation to expand customized employment. Madeline has been working in the field of disability support for the last eight years, as a job coach, pre-employment transition services coordinator, family navigator, and most recently, on the LifeCourse Nexus team at University of Missouri Kansas City Institute for Human Development. Madeline is thrilled to be back in the employment space and on a team leading the way in innovative and progressive practices in supporting people with disabilities. She graduates with her MSW in May 2024.
